This privacy policy applies to ZenGage, developed and published by ZenVio, an independent app studio based in Denmark (www.zenvio.dk). ZenVio is the data controller for the information described below.
02What we collect
We collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- Brand details you provide (tone of voice, colors, fonts, audience, products, goals) are stored to personalise your content.
- Prompts, drafts and brand details are processed by our AI provider to generate text and images for you.
- Social accounts you connect are accessed only with the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect them at any time.
- Posts, drafts, schedules and your keep/edit/dismiss choices are stored to publish content and improve your suggestions.
- Engagement statistics are fetched from connected platforms to power insights and coaching.
- Anonymous crash and performance reports may be collected to improve stability.
03How we use it
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
- To provide and improve the features.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
- To keep the service secure and stable.
04Sharing & third parties
Data is only shared with trusted providers needed to run the service (such as hosting and crash reporting), bound by data processing agreements. Google Play and the Apple App Store process data under their own privacy policies.
05Storage & security
Data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose and is protected with encryption and access control. On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Have your data corrected or deleted.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynet.dk).
07Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the date above will be updated.
